Delivery Times

- Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

- Transit estimates (from dispatch):

- EU/EEA 5–15 business days;

- International 15–25 business days.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the EU/EEA, customs duties, taxes and fees are payable by the recipient and are not included in product or shipping prices. Customs processing may extend delivery times.

We are not liable for delays or costs arising from customs procedures.

Weather & Unforeseen Events

Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier delays, customs checks, and force majeure events such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or carrier disruptions. In such cases, we’ll take reasonable steps to mitigate impact, but timing is not guaranteed.

Our Responsibility (and When It Ends)

During transit:

• We are responsible for your order until delivery to you or your designated third party (not the carrier). All orders are insured against damage, loss, or theft. If something happens, contact us with photos and we will issue a refund or replacementonce the insurance claim is approved (EU/EEA replacements typically within 1–5 business days; international replacements may take longer due to customs and cross-border carrier procedures).

— You have 14 days (EU/EEA) to return products in original and unopened condition. Custom items and opened packs cannot be returned. Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days.

— Invoices are automatically generated via Shopify and sent by email, including details such as VAT exemption or Steuernummer when applicable.

4. Is my payment information stored?

— No, we do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed securely through Shopify, PayPal, and Klarna.

5. Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?

— Yes, you can contact us immediately to cancel if your order has not yet been dispatched.

6. How fast are refunds processed?

— Refunds are usually issued within 1–5 business days, depending on your payment method.
